ID Capital Plc. Attend a Meeting between the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia and FOMO GROUP PTE. LTD.
In the morning of August 8, 2023, Dr. HOR Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Innovation & Development Investors Association “IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC”, attend a meeting between the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) led by H.E. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of SERC, accompanied by Mr. KHUN Kimleang, Director of Securities Intermediaries Supervision Department, with FOMO GROUP PTE. LTD., based in Singapore, in the purpose of discussing the interests of the company in the investment opportunity and carrying out various businesses in the securities sector. H.E. explained to the management team of the company about the potential and growth of the securities sector, especially the regulations related to FinTech Regulatory Sandbox, which allows persons that are intending to apply technology in an innovative way, to test financial products and services related to securities. H.E. also answered all relevant questions, and provided some recommendations related to the investment and the conduct of businesses in the securities sector.
