នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន កាណា ស៊ីឃ្យួរឹធី (CNS) ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ថៃ ញ៉ា នាយកប្រតិបត្តិ។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ
1. ការជួយគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកលើបញ្ហាទាក់ទងនឹងទីផ្សារមូលធន ដោយរាប់បញ្ចូលផងដែរនូវការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានជាលក្ខណៈឯកជន (មូលធន ឬបំណុល) IPO ការចេញសញ្ញាប័ណ្ណ។ល។
2. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូររវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ នូវការណែនាំអតិថិជន ឬដៃគូអាជីវកម្មដែលមានសក្តានុពល
3. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរព័ត៌មាន និងចំណេះដឹងរវាង CNS និង IDI ដើម្បីជាផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ភាគីទាំងពីរ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍទីផ្សារមូលធនឯកជន និងសាធារណៈនៅកម្ពុជា
4. សហការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ធុរកិច្ច/ទីផ្សារ ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយម៉ាកយីហោរបស់ភាគីទាំងពីរ ដោយរាប់បញ្ចូលផងដែរនូវ វេទិកាធុរកិច្ច សិក្ខាសាលាអប់រំ ការភ្ជាប់បណ្តាញរវាងអ្នកវិនិយោគ។ល។
អំពី កាណា ស៊ីឃ្យួរឹធី (CNS)
កាណា ស៊ីឃ្យួរឹធី ទទួលបានអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណធានាទិញដោយ និយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា (SERC) នៅថ្ងៃទី ២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០១០ ហើយក៏ត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយនិយ័តករមូលប័ត្រកម្ពុជា ជាអ្នកតំណាងប័ណ្ណបំណុលនៅថ្ងៃទី ២១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ ដែលអាចឱ្យ កាណា ស៊ីឃ្យួរឹធី ផ្តល់ជូនអតិថិជនទាំងបុគ្គល និងសាជីវកម្មនូវសេវាកម្មដ៏ធំទូលាយមួយនៅលើ ទីផ្សារភាគហ៊ុនកម្ពុជា រួមមាន៖ ធានាទិញមូលបត្រ ប្រឹក្សាវិនិយោគ ឈ្មួញកណ្តាល តំណាងម្ចាស់បំណុល ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាជីវកម្ម។ល។

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and Cana Securities
On Friday, November 24, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cana Securities Ltd., led by Mr. Thai Nha, Chief Executive Officer.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1. Supporting each other on matters related to capital market, including but not limited to private financing (equity or debt), IPO, bond issuance, etc.
2. Exchange of potential business referrals of respective clients or business partners between the two Parties.
3. Exchange of information and knowledge between CNS and IDI for the benefit of both parties and the development of the private and public capital market of Cambodia.
4. Co-conducting business/marketing events to promote the Parties’ brands. Such activities include but not limited to business forums, educational seminars/webinars, investor networking, etc.
