នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់ IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយ ធនាគារ វីង (Wing Bank) ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក Han Peng Kwang ជាប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ
១. សមាគម IDI នឹងចូលរួមជាមួយធនាគារ វីង សម្រាប់គម្រោងវិនិយោគដែលមានសក្តានុពលតាមរយៈការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានបំណុល។
២. ធនាគារ វីង នឹងដើរតួជាដៃគូស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដើម្បីផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់ IDI។
៣. ធ្វើសកម្មភាពទីផ្សាររួមគ្នា ដោយរាប់បញ្ចូលផងដែរនូវ ពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សិក្ខាសាលា វេទិកាធុរកិច្ច។ល។ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សេវាកម្មរបស់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and Wing Bank
On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. Led by Mr. Han Peng Kwang, CEO.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1. IDI will engage with Wing Bank for any potential investment proposal via debt financing.
2. Wing Bank to act as the financial institution partner to provide financial solutions to IDI.
3. Jointly conduct marketing activities including but not limited to trade show, workshop, business forum, seminar, etc. to promote services of the parties to the pertinent stakeholders.
