ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ូ សុជាតិ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា អមដោយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត វិន ភក្តី អគ្គនាយករងនៃនិយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងសហការី បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងកម្មវិធីប្រគល់ និងទទួលអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្រុមហ៊ុនគ្រប់គ្រងមូលនិធិ, ការអនុញ្ញាតក្រុមហ៊ុនចែកចាយលក់ ទិញត្រឡប់មកវិញ ឬទូទាត់សង និងការអនុញ្ញាតក្រុមហ៊ុនអភិបាលមូលនិធិជូនដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុន អាយឌី ឃែភីថល ម.ក និងផ្ដល់សន្ទរកថាបើកកម្មវិធី ស្ដីពី “សក្ដានុពលវិស័យមូលបត្រក្នុងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា” ក្នុងកម្មវិធី “បង្ហាញឱកាសវិនិយោគ-IDI Investment Roadshow។
ក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមប្រតិភូ បានថ្លែងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃវិស័យមូលបត្រក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ រួមទាំងតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់នៃ ក្រុមហ៊ុនគ្រប់គ្រងមូលនិធិក្នុងការជំរុញឱ្យមានការជួញដូរមូលបត្រនៅកម្ពុជា។ នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏មានវាគ្មិនពីររូប មកពីនិយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា ផ្តល់បទបង្ហាញអំពីអាជីវកម្មគម្រោងវិនិយោគរួម និង ការបង្កើតនិងការចុះបញ្ជីមូលនិធិនៃគម្រោងវិនិយោគរួមដល់អ្នកចូលរួមកម្មវិធីនេះផងដែរ។

His Excellency Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Vin Pheakdey, Deputy Director General of SERC, along with colleagues, which was presided over the officially handover and acceptance ceremony the licenses to ID Capital PLC i.e. Fund Management, Fund Distributor and Fund Administrator and delivered the opening speech on ‘The Potential of the Securities Sector in Cambodia’s Economy.” in IDI Investment Roadshow event.
In this event, His Excellency the Delegate spoke about the importance of the securities sector in contributing to national economic development, as well as the crucial role of fund management companies in promoting securities trading in Cambodia. During the event, there were also speakers from SERC who provided presentations on “What is Collective Investment Scheme (CIS)? Establishment and Registration of the Fund under CIS”
It should also be noted that ID Capital Plc is the company that has been operated in strict compliance with the regulatory procedures set by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia.
