នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន អិមវីយូ អ៊ិនវេសម៉ិន ម.ក “MVUI” ដឹកនាំដោយលោកស្រី ឈុន សុថានី ប្រធាននាយិកាប្រតិបត្តិ។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ:

2.ប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មចែកចាយលក់ ទិញត្រឡប់មកវិញ ឬទូទាត់សង និងអភិបាលមូលនិធិ ដែលផ្តល់ដោយ “MVUI” ។
3.ធ្វើការណែនាំឬ ដោះដូរគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកនូវ គម្រោងវិនិយោគដែលមានសក្តានុពល។
4.ធ្វើសកម្មភាពទីផ្សាររួមគ្នា ដោយរាប់បញ្ចូលផងដែរនូវ ពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សិក្ខាសាលា វេទិកាធុរកិច្ច ។ល។ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សេវាកម្មរបស់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and MVUI
On Monday, February 12, 2024, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with MVU Investment Plc. “MVUI” led by Mr. Chun Sothany, CEO.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1.Co-invest in potentially feasible investment projects that successfully undergo competent and detailed analysis by each party.
2.Engagement with MVUI on the services of Fund Administration and Fund Distribution.
3.To exchange or refer potential investment projects.
4.Jointly conduct business events including but not limited to trade shows, workshops, business forums, seminars, etc. to generate brand awareness of the Parties among the pertinent stakeholders.
