ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់រវាងសមាគម IDI, ក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC និងក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ អ ធី អ “RTR”
នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយ ក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ អ ធី អ ត្រាវែល សឺវីស ដឹកនាំដោយលោកស្រី ប៊ី ឧដ្ឋានវតី នាយិកាគ្រប់គ្រង។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ:
1.IDI នឹងសហការជាមួយ RTR ក្នុងការផ្តល់ជូនសមាជិករបស់ខ្លួន នូវសេវាកម្មកក់សំបុត្រយន្តហោះក្នុងតម្លៃសមរម្យ និងមានភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង។
2.RTR នឹងដើរតួនាទីចម្បងក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាកម្មធ្វើដំណើរដ៏ទូលំទូលាយ ដើម្បីបំពេញតម្រូវការរបស់សមាជិក IDI និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
3.RTR នឹងសហការជាមួយ IDI ក្នុងការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណវិនិយោគិនសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់ គម្រោងវិនិយោគជាក់លាក់ណាមួយ។
4.សហការគ្នាក្នុងការរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល សិក្ខាសាលា និងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ធុរកិច្ច ដើម្បីជំរុញការវិនិយោគនៅក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍។

The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and RTR
On Monday, February 12, 2024, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with R.T.R Travel Service Co., Ltd led by Mrs. By Outhavatey, Managing Director.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1.IDI will collaborate with R.T.R to offer its members air ticket services at a competitive and affordable rate.
2.R.T.R will serve as the primary provider for a comprehensive range of travel services to cater to the needs of both IDI members and partners.
3.R.T.R will collaborate with IDI to identify potential investors for a specific project.
4.Collaborate in organizing training sessions, seminars, and business events to foster investment in the tourism industry.
