[English Below] កាលពីថ្ងៃអង្គារ៍ ទី១០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ចាប សុភ័គ ប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារ បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Krud Alliance Power ដឹកនាំដោយលោក ឈឿង គីរីរត្ន៍ ប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ និងសហការី ដើម្បីស្វែងរក កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងលើការរៀបចំគម្រោងវិនិយោគអភិវិឌ្ឍន៍អចលនទ្រព្យ។ ក្នុងជំនួននេះ លោក ឈឿង គីរីរត្ន៍ បានលើកឡើងពីគោលបំណងបង្កើត One-Stop Real Estate Development Platform ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីសហភាគីរួមមាន ម្ចាស់អចលទ្រព្យ អ្នកវាយតម្លៃ អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ អ្នកវិនិយោគ និងអតិថិជន។ ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ ការសិក្សាលទ្ធភាពគម្រោង ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍គម្រោង ផែនការលក់ និងគម្រោងទីផ្សារ និងគម្រោងហិរញ្ញប្បទាននឹងក្លាយជាមុខងារសំខាន់ៗរបស់ Platform។

IDC and Krud Discussed Real Estate Development Investment Projects
On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Mr. Chap Sopheak, Chief Executive Officer and colleagues held a discussion with Krud Alliance Power’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chhoeung Kiriroth, and colleagues to seek cooperation on real estate development investment projects. Among the discussion points, Mr. Kiriroth stated the intention to create a “One-Stop Real Estate Development Platform” which involves relevant stakeholders such as property owners, property appraisers, real estate developers, investors and end consumers. Under this initiative, Feasibility Study, Project Development, Sale & Marketing, and Project Financing are among the core functions to be introduced to the market.
Mr. Chap Sopheak welcomed the initiative and promised close collaboration as an investment partner. Both sides will prepare a Memorandum of Understanding and project implementation plan in the near future.
