នៅក្នុងអំឡុងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ រ៉េស៊ីដង់ សុខា ភ្នំពេញ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (IDI) តំណាងដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយ សហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា Cambodia Rice Federation – CRF (ស.អ.ក) តំណាងដោយ លោក ឧកញ៉ា ចាន់ សុឃាំង ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរនឹងសហការ និងគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងការជុំរុញការនាំចេញអង្ករកម្ពុជាទៅទីផ្សារក្រៅប្រទេស តាមរយៈគម្រោងវិនិយោគដែលនឹងផ្តល់យន្តការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់អ្នកនាំចេញ ។ ក្រៅពីនេះ គូភាគីនឹងសហការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ក៏ដូចជាធនធានក្នុងការរៀបចំជុំរុញទីផ្សារអង្ករកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
អំពីសហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា៖
សហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា គឺជាស្ថាប័នឯកជនតែមួយគត់ តំណាងឱ្យវិស័យស្រូវឧស្សាហកម្មស្រូវអង្ករនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ មកពីអ្នកផលិត អ្នកកិនកែច្នៃ អ្នកនាំចេញ និងអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ CRF ជាស្ថាប័នឯកជនតែមួយគត់ សម្រាប់វិស័យស្រូវអង្ករនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមអភិបាលកិច្ចផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាដៃគូរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ចូលរួមរាល់សកម្មភាពរបស់សហគមន៍ស្រូវអង្ករនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ាន ចូលរួមចរចារជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសនាំចូល រៀបចំសន្និសីទតាំងពិព័រណ៌ស្រូវ-អង្ករថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិជាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមក្នុងការងារផលិតពូជស្រូវសម្រាប់ចែកចាយជូនប្រជាកសិករ។

Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI and Cambodia Rice Federation
During the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Sokha Phnom Penh, Hotel & Residence, the Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI), represented by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed a Memorandum of Understanding “MoU” with the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF) represented by Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation.
Through this MoU, the Parties will cooperate and support each other in promoting the export of Cambodian rice to overseas markets through investment vehicles that will provide financial support to rice exporters. In addition, the two sides will cooperate to exchange experiences as well as resources to promote the Cambodian rice market.

CRF is the only private institution representing the rice sector, the rice industry in Cambodia brings together all stakeholders from producers, millers, exporters and related service providers. CRF as the only private institution for the rice sector in Cambodia under the technical governance of the Ministry of Commerce and a partner of the Royal Government, participate in all activities of the Rice Community of ASEAN countries, participate in negotiations with the governments of importing countries, organize exhibitions Rice – National and international rice annually and participate in the production of rice seeds for distribution to farmers.
