ពិធីចុះអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់រវាងសមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Bee Capital
នៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ នៅក្នុងអំឡុងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” តំណាងដោយ លោក ចាប សុភ័គ អគ្គលេខាធិការសមាគម និងជាប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិក-សមាជិកា និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Bee Capital Plc. តំណាងដោយ លោក ស៊ុយ សុខរស្មី ប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរនឹងសហការគ្នាលើការផ្ដល់ប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់សមាជិក IDI និងគម្រោងវិនិយោគស្ថិតក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC (Asset Under Management) ដែលរួមមានដូចជាការរបៀបចំបោះផ្សាយជាសាធារណ (IPO) ការបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ (Financial Due Diligent) ការរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នា និងការទិញយកធុរកិច្ច (Merger & Acquisition) ការវាយតម្លៃរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន (Company Valuation)។

Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI and Bee Capital
During the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI”, represented by Mr. Chap Sopheak, Secretary General and also the Chief Executive Officer of ID Capital Plc. “IDC” along with the participation of members of the Board of Directors signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bee Capital Plc. represented by Mr. Suy Sokrasmey, Chief Executive Officer.
Through the MoU, the two firms will work together to provide financial services, including but not limited to IPO assistance, Financial Due Diligent, Merger & Acquisition, Company Valuation etc. to IDI members as well as investment projects under the supervision/management of IDC (Asset Under Management).
