នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (IDI) តំណាងដោយ លោក ចាប សុភ័គ អគ្គលេខាធិការ និងជាប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបតិ្តក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. (IDC) បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Continent Asset Management (CAM) តំណាងដោយ លោក សុខ វណ្ឌី នាយកគម្រោង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្ដម ជា កុកហុង អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការវិនិយោគ IDI។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរនឹងសហការគ្នាក្នុងការបង្កើតវេទិកាគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយដើម្បីគាំទ្រការវិនិយោគពីសំណាក់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិមកព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សំដៅចូលរួមចំណែកលើកស្ទួយកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយចីរភាព តាមរយៈលំហូនៃការវិនិយោគ និងការបង្កើតឱកាសការងារ។ វេទិកាគាំទ្រនេះនឹងផ្តល់ការសេវាកម្មលើ៖
1) ការរៀបចំ និងស្នើសុំគោលនយៅបាយវិនិយោគពីស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ
2) ការបង្កើតគម្រោងវិនិយោគ និងការគាំទ្រទៅលើការអនុវត្ត
3) ការស្វែករកផ្គូរផ្គងដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងធុរកិច្ច
4) ការគាំទ្រទៅលើការបង្កើតធុរកិច្ចថ្មី ដែលរួមមានការស្វែងរកទីតាំង ការចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង និងធនធានមនុស្ស ការធ្វើទីផ្សារ ការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធគណនេយ្យ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
បន្ទាប់ពីការចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ ក្រុមហ៊ុនទាំងពីរនឹងបង្កើតសេចក្តីព្រាងនៃផែនការចូលទីផ្សារ និងទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិនបរទេស ជាពិសេសវិនិយោគិនដែលមកពីប្រទេសចិនក្នុងការវិនិយោគទៅលើវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម និងអចលនទ្រព្យ។

IDI Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CAM
On Thursday, May 18th, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Associations “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC”, represented by Mr. Chab Sopheak, Secretary General of IDI and CEO of IDC. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Continent Asset Management (CAM) represented by Mr. Sok Vandy, Director, under the presidency of H.E Chea Kok Hong, IDI’s Vice Chairman of the BOD and Head of Investment Committee.
Through this MoU, the two institutions will work together to establish a comprehensive one-stop platform to attract investment from international markets to the Kingdom of Cambodia in order to contribute to the promotion of sustainable economic growth through investment inflows and job creation. The platform will provide services on:
1) Creating policy for relevant institutions
2) Developing investment projects and implementation plan
3) Matching investors and/or business partners.
4) Assisting market entry in the Kingdom of Cambodia, which includes location identification, business registration, management and human resource management, marketing, accounting and finance.
Following the signing of the MoU, the two companies will draft a plan to enter the market and attract foreign investors, especially those from China to invest in industry and real estate.
