នាថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣, ឯកឧត្តម ជា កុកហុង ប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាអនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសមាគម​ ID Investors Association បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាទៅកាន់ទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Alibaba នៅទីក្រុងហានចូវនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។ បេសកកម្មនេះត្រូវបានដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលរួមដំណើរដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឈរ ស៊ុនហុង អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ឯកឧត្តម ហុង ណារិត អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ, និង ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហ៊ន ធារ៉ា អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានប្រៃសណីយ៍នៃក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍។ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះមានគោលបំណង៖ (១)សិក្សាស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក និងប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និង (២) ពិភាក្សាបញ្ចប់សេចក្តីព្រាងនៃអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) រវាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Alibaba ដើម្បីជំរុញកាលានុវត្តភាពនៃការនាំចេញផលិតផលកម្ពុជា, ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញ, ការលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍, និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនានាតាមរយៈគម្រោងភាពជាដៃគូនៃគម្រោង eWTP។ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់គ្នានេះ ក៏ជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការទាញយកប្រយោជន៍ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយក្នុងតំបន់ (អាសិប-RCEP) និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីកម្ពុជា-ចិន (CCFTA)។ ជាលទ្ធផល, ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាលម្អិត និងឯកភាពលើខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់ៗនៃអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ដែលនឹងឈានទៅការចុះហត្ថលេខានាពេលខ្លីខាងមុខ៕
IDI’s Vice Chairman Paid a Deleation Visit to Alibaba Headquarter
On May 27, 2023, H.E. Chea Kok Hong, Secretariat Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice Chairman of ID Investor Association, paid a courtesy visit to Alibaba’s headquarter in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China. The visit was led by H.E. Buon Sarak Mony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, accompanied by H.E. Chhor Sunhong, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, H.E. Hong Narit, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and H.E. Dr. Horn Theara, Director General of the General Department of Posts of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The objectives of this visit are (1) to gain insights into Alibaba e-commerce ecosystem and operation and (2) to finalize the draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Commerce and Alibaba to promote export opportunities of Cambodian products, skills training, tourism promotion, and cooperation through the eWTP Partnership Project. The MoU is also in part to take advantage of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the Cambodia-China Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA). As a result, the two parties discussed in detail and have agreed on the key components of the MoU, which is expected to be signed in the near future.
