កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (IDI) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. សហការជាមួយ Entrepreneurship Development Fund មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ (EDF) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល និងឯកឧត្តម ជា កុកហុង ប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព ព្រមទាំងសមាជិក-សមាជិកាក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសមាគមជាច្រើនរូបទៀត បានដឹកនាំរៀបចំកម្មវិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តីពីការនាំចេញកសិផលសក្តានុពលទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារប្រទេសចិន នៅសាល Astor Hall ជាន់ទី២៨ នៃអគារ Flatiron ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន និងប្រតិបត្តិករកសិផល និងផលិតផលចំណីអាហារចំនួន៦០រូប។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ បានសំដែងនូវមតិស្វាគមន៍ដល់អង្គពិធី និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីជំហរ ក៏ដូចជាការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់សមាគម IDI ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកលើកស្ទួយការនាំចេញរបស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេស ការនាំចេញផលិតផលចំណីអាហារ និងកសិកម្ម។ លោកបណ្ឌិតបានបន្ថែមថា សមាគមបាន និងកំពុងធ្វើការជាមួយស្ថាប័នដៃគូក្នុងស្រុក និងក្រៅស្រុកដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសនានាដល់កសិករ និងសហគមន៍អ្នកផលិត។ បន្ថែមលើសនេះ សមាគម នឹងបង្កើតយន្តការគាំទ្រលើការងារបច្ចេកទេស បន្ថែមលើការងារស្វែងរកទីផ្សារនាំចេញ។
ឯកឧត្តម ជា កុកហុង ក៏បានចូលរួមផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍គន្លឹះស្តីពីលទ្ធផលទទួលបានពីដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់ក្រុមការងារមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាពដែលដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តមផ្ទាល់ ទៅសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនកាលពីអំឡុងខែឧសភា។ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថាកសិផលកម្ពុជា ដូចជាអង្ករ គ្រាប់ស្វាយចន្ទី ម្សៅដំឡូងមី និងផ្លែស្វាយមានសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់សម្រាប់ទីផ្សារប្រទេសចិន។ ដោយឡែក ជាមួយនឹងការបង្កើតយន្តការបង្កើនគុណភាព ការវេចខ្ចប់ ការធ្វើទីផ្សារ និងម៉ាកសញ្ញា ទិន្នផលនាំចេញពីកម្ពុជាទៅចិនអាចកើនឡើងដល់ទំហំជិត២ពាន់លានដុល្លា។ ក្នុងន័យនេះ មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព នឹងផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ ដល់សមាគម IDI ក្នុងការកំណត់កសិផលអាទិភាព និងការបង្កើតផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរយៈពេលខ្លី និងមធ្យមដើម្បីពង្រឹងការនាំចេញផលិតផលទាំងនោះ។
បន្ទាប់ពីមតិស្វាគមន៍របស់លោកបណ្ឌិត និងឯកឧត្តមប្រធាន លោក ក្រុមការងារ​នៃមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព ក៏បានឡើងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញលម្អិតអំពីលទ្ធផលនៃដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចក៏ដូចជា ផែនការក្នុងការផ្តល់កិច្ចគាំទ្រដល់សមាគម IDI ក្នុងការជួយជុំរុញការនាំចេញកសិផលកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារប្រទេសចិនផងដែរ។ ជាលទ្ធផល អង្គប្រជុំចូលរួមបានសំដែងនូវការគាំទ្រ និងអបអរដល់លទ្ធផលជាវិជ្ជមានដែលទទួលបានពីដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព និងបានធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិជុំវិញដំណើរការផលិតកម្ម បញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងការនាំចេញ និងបញ្ហានានាដើម្បីអោយទទួលអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំពីគណៈអធិបតី។
ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់អង្គពិធីទាំងមូល ហើយបានសន្យាថាសមាគម IDI ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយ មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព នឹងបង្កើនសកម្មភាព ក៏ដូចជាផែនការស្វែងរកទីផ្សារបន្ថែមទៀត ប្រយោជន៍ជួយដល់កសិករ និងអ្នកផលិតកម្ពុជាក្នុងការនាំចេញកសិផល និងផលិតផលចំណីអាហារទៅទីផ្សារចិន និងទីផ្សារបរទេសដទៃទៀត។

IDI and EDF organized a sharing session on the potential of Cambodian agricultural exports to China
On June 15, 2023, the Association of Innovation and Development Investors (IDI) and ID Capital Plc. (IDC), in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (EDF) under the chairmanship of Dr. Hor Sereyvath, IDI and IDC Chairman, and H.E. Chea Kok Hong, EDF’s Secretariate Director, accompanied by IDI Board of Directors organized a sharing session on the potential of agricultural exports from Cambodia the Chinese market at the Astor Hall, Flatiron by Meridian. Participants include more than 60 attendees representing companies and operators in agricultural and food products.
Commencing the program, Dr. Hor Sereyvath delivered a welcome remark highlighting the commitment of IDI to contribute to the promotion of Cambodia’s exports, especially food and agricultural products. He added that IDI has been working with local and foreign partner institutions to identify and unlock market opportunities for farmers and producers. In that regards, the association also established a technical working group to further assist the export activities.
H.E. Chea Kok Hong also provided key remarks emphasizing the results of the delegation visit of the EDF technical team, led by His Excellency himself, to the People’s Republic of China in May. He stressed that Cambodian agricultural products such as rice, cashew nuts, cassava starch, and mango are among the high-potential products for the Chinese market. With the establishment of a proper mechanism to standardize quality, packaging, marketing, and branding, agricultural exports from Cambodia to China could reach nearly USD 2 billion. In this regard, the EDF will extend its support to IDI in identifying priority agricultural products and developing short- and medium-term strategic plans to strengthen the export of those products.
After the welcoming and keynote remarks, EDF team also delivered a detailed presentation on the results of the delegation visit as well as the support to be rendered to IDI to help promote Cambodian agricultural exports to the Chinese market. As a result, the participants expressed their support and appreciation for the positive results of the EDF visit and exchanged views on production processes, export challenges, and issues faced which the panelists offered advice on the countermeasures.
Dr. Hor Sereyvath concluded the event with appreciation towards the participants for attending the event and promised that IDI in collaboration with EDF will continue its endeavor in unlocking more export destinations for Cambodian farmers and producers whereby export of agricultural products and food products will be targeted for China and other foreign markets.
