សមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC រៀបចំកម្មវិធីតម្រង់ទិសសម្រាប់សមាជិកថ្មី
នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (IDI) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. (IDC) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល លោក ចាប សុភ័គ អគ្គលេខាធិការសមាគម និងជាប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ IDC ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលជាច្រើនរូបទៀត បានដឹកនាំរៀបចំកម្មវិធីតម្រង់ទិសលើកទី ៤ ដើម្បីទទួលយកបេក្ខភាពសមាជិកថ្មីចំនួន ៨៥ នាក់។
នៅក្នុងពិធីនេះផងដែរ ក៏មានការចុះអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់រវាងសមាគម IDI និងសមាគមអ្នកផលិតចំណីអាហារកម្ពុជា (CFMA) តំណាងដោយ ឯកឧត្តម មៀវ សុខទ្រី ប្រធានសមាគម ព្រមទាំងសហការី ដោយស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរនឹងបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដើម្បីអប់រំ និងគាំទ្រផលិតផលចំណីអាហារកម្ពុជាក្នុងការនាំចេញទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារបរទេស។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរនឹងសហការផ្តួចផ្តើមយុទ្ធនាការទីផ្សារ ឬព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ផ្គូផ្គងអាជីវកម្ម ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយលើកស្ទួយវិស័យផលិតផលចំណីអាហារកម្ពុជា។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើមនៃកម្មវិធី លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ បានសំដែងនូវមតិស្វាគមន៍ទៅកាន់បេក្ខភាពសមាជិកទាំងអស់ដែលបានចូលរួម និងបានបកស្រាយពីប្រវត្តិនៃការកកើតសមាគម IDI រហូតមកទល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ក៏ដូចជាសមិទ្ធិផលនានាដែលសមាគមសម្រាច់បាននាឆ្នាំកន្លងមក។
បន្ទាប់ពីមតិស្វាគមន៍ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ លោក ចាប សុភ័គ បានឡើងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដែលក្នុងនោះចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖ (១) ប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់សមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC (២) គម្រោងវិនិយោគសក្ដានុពល (៣) អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃសមាជិកភាព IDI និង (៤)ការចុះឈ្មោះជាសមាជិក IDI។ គួរកត់សម្គាល់ផងដែរថា អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃសមាជិកភាព IDI រួមមាន៖ ផលចំណេញលើគម្រោងវិនិយោគ និងធុរកិច្ច លទ្ធភាពស្នើសុំទុនសម្រាប់គម្រោងវិនិយោគ ការចូលរួមបណ្តាក់ទុនក្នុងគម្រោងវិនិយោគសក្ដានុពល ការបង្ហាញវត្តមានជាសាធារណៈ ការទទួលបានអតិថិជនសក្ដានុពល និងដៃគូអាជីវកម្ម ការផ្គូផ្គង់អាជីវកម្ម និងបណ្ដាញទំនាក់ទំនង ការប្រឹក្សាបច្ចេកទេស សិទិ្ធពិសេសទទួលបានសេវាកម្មពីស្ថាប័នដៃគូ និងការណែនាំ ឬផ្ដល់អាជីវកម្មឲ្យ។
បន្ទាប់ពីបទបង្ហាញត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ សិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមបានសំដែងនូវការគាំទ្រនៃគំនិតបែបថ្មី និងបទបង្ហាញតម្រង់ទិស ហើយបានបង្ហាញពីចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ចុះឈ្មោះចូលជាសមាជិគ IDI ផងដែរ។ ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់សមាជិកទាំងអស់ដែលបានលះបង់ពេលវេលាដល់មានតម្លៃចូលរួមកម្មវិធីតម្រង់ទិសសម្រាប់សមាជិកថ្មី ហើយសន្យាថានឹងដឹកនាំ IDI និង IDC ឲ្យកាន់តែមានភាពលូតលាស់រីកចម្រើនថែមទៀត ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍ចូលរួមលើកស្ទួយ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងសង្គមជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

IDI and IDC Organized Orientation Programs for New Member Applicants
On Tuesday, June 27, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) and ID Capital Plc. (IDC) presided over by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chap Sopheak, Secretary General and IDC’s CEO, with the participation of Board Members, conducted orientation programs for new members 4th which consist of 85 new member applicants.
During the ceremony, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between IDI and the Cambodian Food Manufacture Association (CFMA), represented by H.E Meav Soktry, President and colleagues. The two institutions will establish mutually supportive cooperation to educate and support Cambodian food products in exporting to foreign markets. At the same time, the two institutions will co-initiate marketing campaigns or business matching events to promote the Cambodian food industry.
To commence the program, Dr. Hor Sereyvath expressed a welcome remark to all the participants, and explained the genesis of IDI as well as the achievements that the association has accomplished up to date.
After the welcoming remarks, Mr. Chap Sopheak delivered the presentation which the main points included (1) IDI and IDC profile, (2) Assessed Investment Projects, (3) The Benefits of IDI Membership, and (4) Application for DI Membership. It is worth noted that the benefits of IDI membership include Gain on Investment Projects and Revenue Sharing, Access to Investment Fund, Access to Potential Business/Investment Opportunities, Public Exposure, Prospective Leads, Business Partners, Investment/Business Matching, Network of Business Contacts, Technical Consultancy, Special Privileges from Partners, and Project/Business Referral.
After the presentation, the participants expressed their supports and indicated willingness to enroll as IDI Members. Responding to the eager interest, Dr. Hor Sereyvath extended his appreciation to all the member applicants for their attendance. He also pledged to continue to lead IDI and IDC to grow as part of the effort in promoting and developing the investment climate and society of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
