នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់ IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយសមាគមបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលនៃកម្ពុជា “CDTA” ដឹកនាំដោយ ឧកញ៉ា បណ្ឌិត ឈិន កេន ប្រធានសមាគម ព្រមទាំងសហការី ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញ និងលើកស្ទួយវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យានៅកម្ពុជា។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ សមាគមទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ (១)បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគ្នា ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញក្នុងការពង្រីកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាប្រព័ន្ធអេកូ (២)បង្កើនប្រាក់សម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនតាមរយៈធនធានមនុស្ស ការវិនិយោគសក្ដានុពល និងការបណ្ដាក់ទុន (៣)ជួយជំរុញអាជីវកម្មបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដោយផ្ដល់នូវការណែនាំ ការអប់រំ និងធនធាន (៤)ស្វែងរកទីផ្សារទីថ្មី និងទស្សនវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ដើម្បីជួយបង្កើនទីផ្សារ និងអតិថិជនរបស់ពួកគេ (៥)ជំរុញការសហការគ្នារវាងក្រុមហ៊ុន IT Startup និងដៃគូផ្សេងៗទៀត វិនិយោគិន អ្នកជំនាញនៅក្នុងវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យា (៦)វាយតម្លៃប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃភាពជាដៃគូតាមរយៈ ការផ្គូផ្គង់ដែលបានជោគជ័យ ទំហំវិនិយោគដែលប្រមូលបានដោយ Tech Startups និងការពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនបច្ចេកវិទ្យាតាមរយៈភាពជាដៃគូ (៧)ដើម្បីធានានូវភាពជោគជ័យភាពជាដៃគូដោយពិនិត្យ និងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពតាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ (៨)ផ្ដល់ការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលដល់សមាជិកនីមួយៗ សម្រាប់មូលដ្ឋានចាំបាច់តម្រូវការទីផ្សារ (៩)សហការរៀបចំការផ្គូផ្គង់អាជីវកម្មជាមួយវិនិយោគិនក្រៅប្រទេស។
អំពីសមាគម CDTA
CDTA គឺជាតំណាងនៃវិស័យឯកជនសម្រាប់សមាគមបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលដែលដើរតួជាអង្គការមិនរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ និងប្រមូលផ្តុំទៅដោយអាជីវកម្មបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីបង្កើតសហគមន៍ដ៏រឹងមាំមួយ ក្នុងការជួយគាំទ្រគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថលរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។

The Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI and Cambodia Digital Tech Association
On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” formalized a partnership with the Digital Technology Association “CDTA” led by Oknha PhD. Chhin Ken through the Memorandum of Understanding to promote and enhance the technology sector in Cambodia.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two associations aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals of (1) establishing cooperative relations to help promote the expansion of ecosystem technology (2) increase funding for companies through crowdsourcing, angel investing and venture capital (3) Promote technology businesses by providing guidance, education and resources (4) Find new markets and business perspectives for technology companies to help increase their markets and customers (5) Promote collaboration. IT Startup and other partners, investors, experts in the field of technology (6) Evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership through matching, successful, the amount of investment collected by Tech Startups and business expansion of technology companies. Partnership period (7) To ensure the success of the partnership by reviewing and updating through the MoU (8)Provide training to each member for the basic needs of the market needs (9) Collaborate business arrangements with foreign investors.
