នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី០១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់ IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយសមាគម ត្រចៀកកាំ ខ្មែរ “KSA” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ស៊ុយ កុកធាន ប្រធានសមាគម ព្រមទាំងសហការី ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិនឱ្យមកចូលរួមវិនិយោគជាមួយ និងជួយជំរុញការនាំចេញផលិតផលសំបុកត្រចៀកកាំទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ សមាគមទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ (១) ការបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាង KSA និង IDI ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញអ្នកវិនិយោគឱ្យមកចូលរួមវិនិយោគក្នុងការកែច្នៃ និងជួញដូរសំបុកត្រចៀកកាំ (២) ការស្វែងរកទីផ្សារក្រៅប្រទេសសម្រាប់សំបុកត្រចៀកកាំកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសប្រទេសចិន (៣) ដើរតួជាកន្លែងទំនាក់ទំនងសម្រាប់អ្នកវិនិយោគលើវិស័យត្រចៀកកាំ (៤) ការអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដល់អ្នកផលិតសំបុកត្រចៀកកាំ (៥) ការបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាង KSA និង IDI ដើម្បីជួយដល់ប្រតិបត្តិករ/អ្នកផលិតសំបុកត្រចៀកកាំ ដើម្បីអាចប្រមូលមូលនិធិ។

KSA ត្រូវបានរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលស្គាល់ថាជាវេទិកាផ្លូវការមួយដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសំបុកត្រចៀកកាំដែលអាចបរិភោគបានក្នុងស្រុក និងជំរុញការនាំចេញទំនិញដែលមិនអាចកែច្នៃបានដោយមានការគិតគូរជាពិសេសទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារប្រទេសចិន។

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI and KSA
On Tuesday, August 01, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Khmer Swiftlet Association “KSA” led by Mr. Suy Kokthean, President and colleagues to attract investors and help promote the export of bird nest products to international markets.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two associations aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals of (1) Establishing a cooperation between KSA and IDI to attract investors to invest in processing and trading bird nest (2) Finding overseas market for Cambodian bird nest, especially China (3) Acting as a contact point for the investors on bird nest sector (4) Education and training to bird nest producers (5) Establishing a cooperation between KSA and IDI to help bird nest operators/producers to be able to raise fund.
About KSA
KSA has been recognized by the government as an official platform to support development of the local edible bird nest ecosystem, and bolster exports of the woefully untapped commodity, with particular consideration to the Chinese market.
