នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី០១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់ IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន រ៉ូយ៉ាល់ គ្រុប ស៊ីឃ្យូរិធី “RGS” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក សេង ចាន់ធឿន ប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបតិ្ត ព្រមទាំងសហការី។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ (១) ដើម្បីពង្រីកការគាំទ្រលើតម្រូវការដើមទុន ឬមូលនិធិតាមរយៈ IPO ការចេញសញ្ញាប័ណ្ណ ការផ្តល់មូលនិធិឯកជនសម្រាប់សមាជិក IDI ដៃគូអាជីវកម្ម និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ (២) ដើម្បីបង្កើតបណ្តាញសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរព័ត៌មានទាក់ទងនឹងតម្រូវការនៃសេវាកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដោយសមាជិក IDI និងការគាំទ្រតាមរយៈទីផ្សារមូលធនដោយ RGS ។ (៣) ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាផ្តល់កម្មវិធីអប់រំ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា។ល។ ដល់បុគ្គលិករបស់ RGS និងសមាជិក IDI ។ (៤) ដើម្បីសហការ និងផ្តួចផ្តើមសហការចូលរួមសកម្មភាពទីផ្សារក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវការយល់ដឹងអំពីម៉ាកយីហោរបស់ភាគី។

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI and Royal Group Securities Plc.,
On Tuesday, August 01, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Royal Group Securities Plc., “RGS” led by Mr. Seng Chan Thoeun, Chief Executive Officer and colleagues.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals of (1) To extend support on capital or funding need via IPO, Bond Issuance, Private Funding for IDI members, business partners and related parties. (2) To establish a channel for information exchanges with regards to the needs of financial services by IDI members and the support via capital market by RGS. (3) To jointly provide education programs, training programs, study tour etc. to both RGS’s employees and IDI members. (4) To collaborate and initiate co-join marketing activities with the aim at improving the parties’ brand awareness.
