សមាគម IDI ពិភាក្សាភាពជាដៃគូ ជាមួយ La Vie Hotels & Resorts
កាលពីល្ងាចថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគម វិនិយោគិន នវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយលោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល អមដំណើរដោយអនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលមួយចំនួនទៀតបានចូលរួមពិធីពិសាភោជនាហារពេលល្ងាចនៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffle Le Royal ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន La Vie Hotels & Resort “La Vie” តំណាងដោយ លោក Craig Bond នាយកគ្រប់គ្រង និងសហការី ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីការវិនិយោគផ្នែកបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច សណ្ឋាគារ និងភោជនីយដ្ឋាន ក៏ដូចជាលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការបង្កើតសាលាបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ដែល បច្ចុប្បន្ន La Vie កំពុងផ្តល់សេវាកម្មគ្រប់គ្រងសណ្ឋាគារជាង 50 នៅក្នុង 19 ប្រទេស។
នៅក្នុងជំនួបនេះ គូភាគីបានពិភាក្សាលេីប្រធានបទមួយចំនួនដូចជា៖
– ស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងសណ្ឋាគារ
– សេវាកម្មគ្រប់គ្រងអចលនទ្រព្យ
– សាលាបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់នៅកម្ពុជា
– ការកៀរគរមូលនិធីវិនិយោគដើម្បីគាំទ្រគម្រោងសណ្ឋាគារ
ជាលទ្ធផល គូភាគីបានឯកភាពបង្កេីតក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសដេីម្បីពិភាក្សាលម្អិតអំពីលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងខាងលេីនាពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខ។

IDI Discussed Partnership with La Vie Hotels & Resorts over Candlelight Dinner
On the evening of Friday, August 11, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, accompanied by the Vice-Chairman and other Board members, attended a dinner at Raffle Le Royal Hotel with La Vie Hotels & Resorts “La Vie” represented by Mr. Craig Bond, Managing Director and colleagues to discuss Investment in hospitality, hotels and restaurants, as well as the possibility of establishing a hospitality school in Cambodia. In present, La Vie has over 50 hotels under management in 19 countries.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of topics such as:
– International standards of hotel management
– Property Management Services
– Regional Hospitality School in Cambodia
– Fund raising to support hotel projects
As a result, the two sides agreed to set up a technical working group to discuss in detail the feasibility of implementing the projects in the near future.
