ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់រវាង សមាគម IDI និងសមាគម CPIA ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាននៅប្រទេសចិន
នាថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ចាប សុភ័គ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃសមាគម និងជាប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយសមាគម China Photovoltaic Industry Association “CPIA” ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាននៅប្រទេសចិន តំណាងដោយ Mr. Liu Yiyang អគ្គលេខាធិការរង។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមគឺ (១)ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍទ្រឹស្តីវិជ្ជាជីវៈសម្រាប់វិស័យថាមពលសូឡា (PV) របស់ចិន និងកម្ពុជា។ (២)ផ្តល់ការណែនាំដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ PV និងផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យ PV។ (៣)ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍស្តង់ដារសម្រាប់វិស័យ PV នៅក្នុងប្រទេសចិន កម្ពុជា និងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ។ (៤)ដើម្បីផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រគោលនយោបាយ និងជំនួយដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនចិនដែលចាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការវិនិយោគនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារ PV កម្ពុជា។ (៥) CPIA នឹងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដល់ IDI អំពីក្រុមហ៊ុនចិនទាក់ទងនិងវិស័យ PV ដែលចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើទីផ្សារកម្ពុជា។ (៦) IDI នឹងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដល់ CPIA អំពីក្រុមហ៊ុន PV របស់កម្ពុជា ដែលចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើទីផ្សារចិន។ (៧)ដើម្បីចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានទីផ្សារ។ (៨)គាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងសកម្មភាពរៀបចំកម្មវិធី។
អំពី CPIA
CPIA ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ 2014 នៅទីក្រុងប៉េកាំង ជាអង្គការ ឧស្សាហកម្មជាតិ មិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ។ សមាជិកភាពរបស់ CPIA រួមមានសហគ្រាស ស្ថាប័ន អង្គការសង្គម និងរូបវន្ដបុគ្គលដែលចូលរួមក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវ ការអភិវឌ្ឍ ការផលិត ការបង្រៀន ការធ្វើតេស្ត ការផ្ដល់វិញ្ញាបនប័ត្រ និងការធ្វើស្តង់ដារនីយកម្មនៃផលិតផលឧបករណ៍ PV និងសម្ភារៈពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI and China – based CPIA
On Monday, August 28, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Mr.Chab Sopheak, Secretary General of IDI and CEO of ID Capital Plc. “IDC”. signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Photovoltaic Industry Association “CPIA” based in China represented by Mr. Mr. Liu Yiyang, Deputy Secretary General.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals of (1) To jointly support professional theory development for the Chinese and Cambodian PV industries. (2) To provide advice to the Royal Government of Cambodia in formulating PV policies and PV industry development plans. (3) To jointly promote the development of standards for the PV industry in China, Cambodia, and the broader international community. (4) To provide policy support and assistance to Chinese companies interested in investing in the Cambodian PV market. (5) CPIA will present to the IDI Chinese PV companies interested in the Cambodian market. (6) The IDI will present to CPIA Cambodian PV companies interested in the Chinese market. (7) To share market information. (To support each other in hosting or co-hosting activities.

CPIA was founded in 2014 in Beijing as a national, industrial, and non-profit organization. Its membership is composed of enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individuals who are engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, teaching, testing, certification and standardization of PV products, equipment and related materials.
