នាថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់សមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន SUMMA FRANCHISE CONSULTING, LLC – An Executive Decisions Group, Inc. ក្នុងកំឡុងពេលនៃដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ ក្រុមហ៊ុន SUMMA FRANCHISE CONSULTING, LLC – An Executive Decisions Group, Inc. គឺជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្តល់ប្រឹក្សា និងអភិវឌ្ឍម៉ាកយីហោសិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខ (FRANCHISE) ជាលក្ខណៈសកលជាមួយបេសកកម្ម ក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវសេវាកម្មពេញលេញដល់ម្ចាស់សិទ្ធិអាជីវកម្ម និងអ្នកវិនិយោគទៅលើម៉ាកយីហោសិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខណាមួយ (FRANCHISE)។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលបំណងរួមគឺ (១) កំណត់នូវទ្រព្យសកម្មសក្តានុពល វាយតម្លៃនិងសិក្សាស៊ីជំរៅ ហើយនឹងធ្វើការទិញយក។ (២) សេវាកម្មក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តអាជីវកម្ម និងសេវាគាំទ្រប្រតិបត្តិការ។ (៣) ការគាំទ្រប្រតិបត្តិការលើទ្រព្យសកម្ម រួមមាន ប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់ចំពោះការវិភាគអាជីវកម្ម សេវាកម្ម CX/EX/UX ការធ្វើផែនទីកំនត់លើដំណើរការ ការគ្រប់គ្រងខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ ប្រតិបត្តិការពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ សេវាកម្មធ្វើទីផ្សារនិងលក់ម៉ាកយីហោសិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខ (Franchise) និងការទំនាក់ទំនងនិងដោះស្រាយជម្លោះលើម៉ាកយីហោសិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខ (Franchise)។
អំពីដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចរបស់គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក
រៀបចំដោយសមាគម IDI ដោយមានការគាំទ្រ និងសហការជាមួយ អគ្គកុងស៊ុលកិត្តិយសកម្ពុជាប្រចាំទីក្រុងឡុងប៊ិច ក្រុមហ៊ុន អាយឌី ឃែភីថល ម.ក(ID Capital Plc) សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ (Khmer Enterprise) និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាមេរិកនៅកម្ពុជា (AmCham) កំពុងរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចមួយសម្រាប់គណៈប្រតិភូធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ដល់១៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជានៅទីក្រុងឡុងប៊ិចដែលជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏ធំមួយធ្វើឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាពតំណាងពីសាលាក្រុងឡុងប៊ិច និងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ កម្មវិធីនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សារភ្ជាប់រវាងគណៈប្រតិភូធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា និងធុរកិច្ចជនសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកមកពីរដ្ឋផ្សេងៗដែលរួមមានអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញ និងឈ្មួញកណ្តាលផងដែរ។ ក្រៅពីការចូលរួមតាំងពិព័រណ៍ គណៈប្រតិភូនឹងទៅទស្សនាកំពង់ផែឡុងប៊ិច និងចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីតម្រូវការមូលដ្ឋានពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការនាំចេញផលិតផលកសិកម្ម និងចំណីអាហារពីកម្ពុជាទៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។
Day 5: The Cambodia Delegation Visit to the United States
“Memorandum of Understanding between the Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) and SUMMA FRANCHISE CONSULTING, LLC – An Executive Decisions Group, Inc., Company”
On Sunday, November 12, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SUMMA FRANCHISE CONSULTING during the visit of Cambodian delegates to the United States. SUMMA FRANCHISE CONSULTING is a franchise consulting and franchise development company with global reach. Its mission is to provide full “life cycle” services to franchisors, franchisees, and investors at each stage of growth (formation, emerging, growth, maturity, and equity exit) for specific clients.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two parties intend to work closely together to achieve common goals: (1) Potential asset identification, valuation, due diligence, and acquisition. (2) Business strategic planning services and transaction support services. (3) Asset operations support – including, but not limited to business analysis, CX/EX/UX services, process mapping, supply chain management, operations and related manuals, franchise sales and marketing services, franchise relations and franchisee conflict resolution.
About The Cambodia Delegation Visit to the United States
In collaboration with the Honorary Consulate General of Cambodia in Long Beach, ID Capital, Khmer Enterprise, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham), IDI is organizing a visit for Cambodian delegates to the United States from 07 to 13 November 2023 to participate in the Cambodia Business Expo and Trade Event in Long Beach presided by representatives from Long Beach City Hall and the United States Department of Commerce. The program aims to build a key connection between Cambodian businesses and US businesses from different states, including buyers and brokers. In addition, the delegates will also visit the port of Long Beach and attend educational workshops on basic needs related to the exportation of agricultural and food products from Cambodia to the United States.
