តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ
1) ការស្នើសុំ FDA និងបែបបទនាំចូល
2) ការដឹកជញ្ជូន
3) ការស្តុកទំនិញ តាមបែបស្តង់ដាចំណីអាហារ
4) ការជួយបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើចំណេះដឹងនាំចេញ
5) ការផ្តល់ជាយោបល់ស្តីពីទីផ្សារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក
6) តំណាងចែកចាយផលិតផលកម្ពុជានៅ US តាមប្រភេទផលិតផលដែលអាចលក់បាន
7) ផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអ្នកទិញ និងទីផ្សារធំៗ

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and Binex
On Tuesday, November 14, 2023, after wrapping up Cambodia Business Delegation to the United States held on November 7-13, 2023. the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Mr. Chap Sopheak Secretary General of IDI and CEO of ID Capital Plc. “IDC”, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with BINEX LINE CORP. led by Mr. Tim Park, CEO.
