កាលពីថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានរៀបចំសន្និសីទសារព័ត៌មានស្តីពីសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗដែលសម្រេចបាន បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យនូវបេសកកម្មធុរកិច្ចក្រៅប្រទេស ដែលមានឈ្មោះថា “ទស្សនកិច្ចគណៈប្រតិភូធុរកិច្ច និងវិនិយោគិនកម្ពុជាទៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក” ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីក្រុងឡុងប៊ិច រដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា ក្រោមការរៀបចំពី សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (IDI) និងដោយមានកិច្ចសហការជាមួយសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជាប្រចាំរដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា (CamCham), ក្រុមហ៊ុន អាយឌី ឃែភីថល (IDC), សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ (KE), និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (AmCham)។
បេសកកម្មនេះបានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចំនួនជាង៩០នាក់ចូលរួមព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ និងសកម្មភាពផ្សេងៗនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកដែលរួមមាន ពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសន្និសីទ ធុរកិច្ច ពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបទី៧០នៃទិវាបុណ្យឯករាជ្យជាតិកម្ពុជា ទស្សនកិច្ចកំពង់ផែនៃទីក្រុងឡុងប៊ិច ទស្សនកិច្ចនៅផ្សារទំនើបអាស៊ី សិក្ខាសាលាអប់រំស្តីពីតម្រូវការសំខាន់ៗ និងបែបបទពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការនាំផលិតផលកសិកម្ម និងចំណីអាហារទៅកាន់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ ជាលទ្ធផល សមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនត្រូវបានសម្រេចដែលរួមមាន៖
– ការចូលរួមពីអ្នកទស្សនាលើសពី ៥០០នាក់ ក្នុងកម្មវិធីពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងសន្និសីទធុរកិច្ច ជាមួយនឹងក្រុមហ៊ុនដាក់តាំងផលិតផលជាង ៥០ស្តង់ ដែលមានអាជីវកម្ម និងផលិតផលផ្សេងៗដូចជា ផ្លែឈើស្រស់ និងកែច្នៃ ស្វាយចន្ទី គ្រឿងទេស គ្រឿងសម្អាង គ្រឿងតំហែទាំខ្លួនប្រាណ ទឹកមាត់ត្រចៀកកាំ និងប្រតិបត្តិករក្នុងសេវាភស្តុភារកម្ម។ ដោយឡែក ផលិតផលជាច្រើនដែលបានដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញ ត្រូវបានលក់ចេញស្ទើរតែទាំងអស់នៅអំឡុង និងបន្ទាប់ពីព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពិព័រណ៍ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់។
– ផ្សារទំនើបអាស៊ីមួយដែលមានឈ្មោះថា ហ្ស៊ួនហ្វា (Shun Fat Supermarket) មានសាខាចំនួន២៦ នៅរដ្ឋ កាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា ណេវ៉ាដា និងតិចសាស់ បានបង្ហាញចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ និងជំហរយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់ក្នុងការទទួលផលិតផលកសិកម្មកែច្នៃ និងផលិតផលចំណីអាហារពីកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈការរៀបចំរបស់សមាគម IDI។
– ប្រតិភូមួយចំនួនបានធ្វើការសម្រេចចិត្តដ៏ច្បាស់លាស់ ក្នុងការបញ្ចូលដើមទុនបន្ថែមដើម្បីវិនិយោគក្នុងការធ្វើឲ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវសមត្ថភាពនាំចេញរបស់ខ្លួន ដូចជាការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មលើផលិតផលផ្លែស្វាយ និងមៀន ការបង្កើតសេវាកម្មឃ្លាំងស្តុក ការកែលម្អផលិតផលគ្រឿងសម្អាង និងតំហែទាំខ្លួនប្រាណ និងការកែច្នៃផ្លែឈើសម្ងួត។ល។
លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា “តាមរយៈការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការគាំទ្រយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការជំរុញការនាំចេញកសិផល និងផលិតផលចំណីអាហារ សមាគម IDI បានរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះឡើង ដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសជួបអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញ, បង្កើនការយល់ដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ដល់ម្ចាស់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមអំពីតម្រូវការមូលដ្ឋាន និងលក្ខខណ្ឌកត្តិយុត្តពាក់ព័ន្ទនឹងការនាំចេញ ក៏ដូចជាស្តង់ដារនៃការផលិត ស្តង់ដារអនាម័យ និងការវេចខ្ចប់ផលិតផលចំណីអាហារ សំដៅជំរុញការនាំចេញទៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក”។ យោងតាមស្ថិតិក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកគឺជាដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្មធំទីពីររបស់កម្ពុជា ជាមួយនឹងទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីចំនួន ៤,៣៥៥ លានដុល្លារក្នុងឆមាសទីមួយនៃឆ្នាំ ២០២៣។ ផលិតផលសំខាន់ៗរបស់កម្ពុជាដែលនាំចេញទៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកមានដូចជា សម្លៀកបំពាក់ ទំនិញផលិតពីស្បែក ទំនិញធ្វើដំណើរ កាបូប គ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន ឧបករណ៍ អគ្គិសនី និងស្បែកជើង។ កម្ពុជាបាននាំចូលពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកវិញនូវយានយន្ត គ្រឿងចក្រ គ្រឿងយន្ត ឧបករណ៍វេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ និងផលិតផល ឱសថ។ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ បន្ថែមថា “សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកគឺជាទីផ្សារចម្បងមួយដែលកំពុងធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាមួយកម្ពុជា នឹងនៅតែបន្តជាគោលដៅនាំចេញដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។ យើងសង្ឃឹមថា តាមរយៈទស្សនកិច្ចកាលពីខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ និងទស្សនកិច្ចលើកនេះ យើងនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមឃើញបណ្តើរៗនូវកសិផល និងផលិតផលចំណីអាហារសក្តានុពលមួយចំនួននៅលើបញ្ជីផលិតផលនាំចេញទៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដែលសមិទ្ធផលនេះនឹងចូលរួមបង្កើននូវបរិមាណផលិតកម្ម និងប្រាក់ចំណូលសម្រាប់កសិករ និងអ្នកនាំចេញកម្ពុជា”។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងអំឡុងទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ សមាគម IDI បានបង្កើតកិច្ចសហការតាមរយៈការចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ជាមួយស្ថាប័នដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តចំនួនបួនរួមមាន សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជាប្រចាំរដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា (CamCham) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Binex Line Corp (Binex) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Innovative Medical Design Inc (IMD) និង ក្រុមហ៊ុន Summa Franchise Consulting (Summa)។ អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះនឹងអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យដៃគូទាំងអស់សហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីបង្កើតច្រកពាណិជ្ជកម្មនវានុវត្តន៍ថ្មីមួយសម្រាប់តភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារកម្ពុជា និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកតាមរយៈ “កម្មវិធីច្រកពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិតែមួយ”។ កម្មវិធីនេះនឹងដើរតួនាទីជាវេទិកាគន្លឹះមួយក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវការគាំទ្រ និងជំនួយការដោយផ្ទាល់នៅក្នុងទីផ្សារអាមេរិក ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ និងជំរុញទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃផលិតផលកសិកម្ម អាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈផលិតដោយអ្នកផលិតកម្ពុជា និងក្រុមហ៊ុនអាមេរិក។ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ មានប្រសាសន៍ថា “អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់ (MoU) ទាំងនេះ គឺជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់សមាគម IDI ក្នុងការពង្រីកសកម្មភាពគាំទ្រពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅទីផ្សារបរទេស និងដើម្បីបង្កើនសក្តានុពលផលិតផល និងកសិផលកម្ពុជាឆ្ពោះទៅរកការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ និងការនាំចេញឲ្យកាន់តែខ្លំាងជាងមុនស្របពេលដែល IDI កំពុងធ្វើការយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការកសាង សហគមន៍ដែលគួរឲ្យទុកចិត្តមួយសម្រាប់វិនិយោគិន និងធុរជនក្នុងស្រុក ដើម្បីគៀគរទុនសម្រាប់វិនិយោគក្នុងខ្សែសង្វាក់តម្លៃនៃការនាំចេញ។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត តាមរយៈភាពជាដៃគូទាំងនេះ សមាគម IDI នឹងបង្កើតការិយាល័យតំណាងដំបូងរបស់ខ្លួននៅទីក្រុងឡុងប៊ិច រដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា ដែលការិយាល័យនេះនឹងជួយអោយសមាគម IDI ធ្វើការងារប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិផល និងប្រសិទ្ធិភាពនៅលើទីផ្សារអាមេរិកដោយផ្ទាល់ក្នុងការដឹកនាំចូលផលិតផល និងកសិផលកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាពង្រីកទំហំនៃការលក់ក្នុងទីផ្សារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។”

Press Conference on the “Cambodia Business Delegation to the United States dated November 7th-13th, 2023”
On Friday, November 24, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Serey Vath, Chairman of the Board of Directors held the press conference on the key accomplishments after the successful completion of the overseas business mission entitled ”Cambodia Business Delegation to the United States” from November 07th to 13th, 2023 in Long Beach, California, organized by the Innovation & Development Investors Association (IDI) in collaboration with the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce in California (CamCham), ID Capital (IDC), Khmer Enterprise (KE), and the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham).
The mission brought together 90 Cambodian delegates to participate in the Cambodia Business Expo and Trade Conference, visit the port of Long Beach and Asian Supermarkets in Long Beach and Los Angeles, and attend educational workshops on the basic requirements and preparation to import agricultural and food products to the United States. As a result, several key achievements were accomplished, including:
– Over 500 visitors attending the expo and trade event with over 50 exhibitors (6 of which are from IDI) from different businesses (fresh and processed fruits, cashew, grocery, cosmetic, personal care, logistics, bird nest, and so on) and almost all of their showcased products were sold at and after the event.
– An Asian supermarket with 26 outlets has expressed a serious interest in sourcing agricultural products from Cambodia through IDI’s arrangement.
– Some of the delegation members decided to take a serious action plan on injecting additional capital to invest in upgrading their export capabilities, such as diversifying their mango products, establishing warehousing services, improving cosmetic and personal care products, and processing dried fruits.
Dr. Hor Serey Vath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and IDC stated, “in line with its commitment to support the strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia and relevant ministries to promote the export of agricultural and food products, IDI organized this trip to create opportunities to meet US buyers, increase knowledge and experience for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) about the basic requirements and export-related legal requirements, as well as standards of production, hygiene and packaging of food products, aimed at boosting exports from Cambodia to the United States”. According to the Ministry of Commerce, the US is Cambodia’s second biggest trading partner, with a bilateral trade volume of $4,355 million during the first half of 2023. Main products from Cambodia to the US are apparel, clothing accessories, leather, travel goods, handbags, electrical machinery and equipment, and footwear. US export products to Cambodia include vehicles, machinery and mechanical appliances, medical instruments, and pharmaceutical products. “The US inevitably is and will continue to be an important export destination for Cambodia. We hope that through this trip and the one we organized in March 2023, we will eventually see agriculture and food products on the list of export items from Cambodia to the US, which will contribute to the rising production volume, and income for farmers and exporters” Dr. Hor Serey Vath added.
During the trip, IDI tied the knot through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with four US strategic partners: Cambodian Chamber of Commerce in California (CamCham), Binex Line Corp (Binex), Innovative Medical Design Inc. (IMD) and Summa Franchise Consulting (Summa), which will enable the partners to closely collaborate to establish a new innovative route connecting Cambodia and the US marketing by developing a “one-single international trade program”, an in-market support platform aimed at promoting and boosting the trade volume of agricultural, food, and beverage products produced or manufactured by Cambodian and US companies. Dr. Hor Serey Vath shared, “partnership with these US entities is a milestone for the association to expand its trade support activities in the overseas market in order to unleash the potential of Cambodian agricultural products toward to boost trade and export while building a trusted community of local investors and businesses to invest in the export value chain. More importantly, these partnerships will allow IDI to establish its first representative office in Long Beach, California where it can work efficiency and effectively in the market directly to bring Cambodian agricultural products enter to and grow in the US market eventually and successfully”.
