[English Below] ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់រវាង សមាគម IDI, ក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC និងសមាគមភស្តុភារកម្មកម្ពុជា “CLA”
នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់ IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយសមាគមភស្តុភារកម្មកម្ពុជា “CLA” ដឹកនាំដោយ ឧកញ៉ា ស៊ិន ចន្ធី មានតួនាទីជាប្រធានសមាគម។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ
១. ពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ និងកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ
២. ជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរព័ត៌មានស្តីពីការដឹកជញ្ជូន និងភស្តុភារកម្ម ព្រមទាំងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា
៣. ជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើកម្មវិធី និងគម្រោងរួមគ្នានៅក្នុងវិស័យដែលភាគីទាំងពីរបានកំណត់។
៤. សហការរៀបចំការអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល
៥. សហការលើសកម្មភាពសង្គម និងមនុស្សធម៌(ប្រសិនបើមាន)
អំពី សមាគមភស្តុភារកម្មកម្ពុជា “CLA”
CLA គឺជាសមាគមមិនរកប្រាក់ចំណេញត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជានៅថ្ងៃទី ០៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២០។ CLA មានសមាជិកចំនួន ១៤៤ ដែលមានចម្រុះទៅដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិ។

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and CLA
On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cambodia Logistics Association “CLA” led by Okhna Sin Chanthy, President.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1. Strengthen the communication between both parties to bolster better and greater cooperation.
2. Promote the exchange of information on transport and logistics as well as the challenges.
3. Promote cooperation on joint programs and projects in mutually identified areas.
4. Co-host education and training.
5. Collaborate on CSR activities (if any).
About CLA
CLA is non-profit association was recognized by the government of Cambodia on April 03rd, 2020. CLA has 144 members, a mix of international and local freight forwarding companies.
