កិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ 2023 របស់ IDI និង IDC
នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី១៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣៖ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ID Investors Association (IDI) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. (IDC) ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល ព្រមទាំង សមាជិក-សមាជិកា ទាំងអស់ បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីបូកសរុបការងារឆ្នាំ2023 និងលើកទិសដៅភារកិច្ចឆ្នា2024 នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ហ្គាឌិនស៊ីធី ភ្នំពេញ។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ បានសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោបល់ជាមួយសមាជិក-សមាជិកា ព្រមជាមួយសារគន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗពាក់ព័ន្ធកិច្ចការសំខាន់ៗរបស់ IDI និង IDC ជាកិច្ចបើកកម្មវិធី ។ បន្ថែមលើនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ជា កុកហុង អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល ក៏បានចូលរួមឡើងបកស្រាយស្ដីពីបរិយាកាសសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងការវិនិយោគនាពេលអនាគត រួមទាំងជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សមាជិក-សមាជិកា IDI ក្នុងការចាប់យកឱកាសវិនិយោគទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស ដើម្បីជំរុញការនាំចេញផលិតផលកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។ ជាកិច្ចបន្ទាប់ លោក ចាប សុភ័គ អគ្គលេខាធិការសមាគម និងជាប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. (IDC) បានឡើងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍនៃដំណើរការរបស់សមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC ដែលតាំងពីកកើតរហូតមកដល់ពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ដោយសមាជិក IDI បានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការធ្វើការរួមគ្នាតាមគោលដៅដែលបានកំណត់ទុក រួមទាំងបង្ហាញពីអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ នៃភាពជាសមាជិក IDI។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ IDI បានធ្វើការប្រកាសជាផ្លូវការនូវទីប្រឹក្សាថ្មី សមាជិកថ្មី និងទូតសុច្ឆន្ទៈផងដែរ។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះសមាជិក-សមាជិកា IDI/ IDC ក៏បានឡើងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញក្រោមប្រធានបទដូចខាងក្រោមនេះ៖
(១) ផែនការអាជីវកម្មឆ្នាំ២០២៤ បកស្រាយដោយលោក សុខ វឌ្ឍនៈ ជានាយកប្រតិបតិ្តវិនិយោគ និងអាជីវកម្ម។
(២) បទបង្ហាញស្ដីអំពីគម្រោង “ID Gro Fund” បកស្រាយដោយលោក ឈឿង គីរីរ័ត្ន ជាសមាជិក IDI
(៣) បង្ហាញបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងសំណូមពរ របស់សមាជិក ដែលស្នើមានការបកស្រាយ និងដំណោះស្រាយពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសមាជិក។
ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់មុននឹងបិទកម្មវិធី លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានពិភាក្សា និងអនុម័តដាក់ចេញជាទិសដៅ ចក្ខុវិស័យ និងកិច្ចការងារដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ ព្រមទាំងបានជំរុញឱ្យមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មបន្ថែមទៀតពីសំណាក់ សមាជិក-សមាជិកា ទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សមាគម IDI និង ក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. (IDC) ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។ ជាកិច្ចឆ្លើយតប សមាជិក -សមាជិកា ទាំងអស់ បានសម្តែងនូវការគាំទ្រ និងសន្យាចូលរួមអស់ពីសមត្ថភាព ក្នុងសកម្មភាពនានា ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញឱ្យសមាគម IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. (IDC) កាន់តែមានភាពលូតលាស់រីកចម្រើនថែមទៀត ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍ចូលរួមលើកស្ទួយ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ និងសង្គមជាតិ។
ក្រោយកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ អង្គពិធីទាំងមូលបានចូលរួមពិសារអាហារសាមគ្កី ប្រកបដោយបរិយាកាសសប្បាយរីករាយ ស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងភាតរភាព ។

IDI & IDC “Annual General Meeting” 2023
On Saturday, December 16th, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) and ID Capital Plc. (IDC) led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors and all IDI’s members organized the Annual General Meeting to report all activities in 2023 and set directions for 2024 at the Garden City Hotel, Phnom Penh.
The event started with Dr. Hor Sereyvath’s welcome and opening remarks followed, which also highlighted important notes with regard to IDI’s and IDC’s progress. In addition, H.E. Chea Kok Hong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, also shared the latest updates on the Cambodian and global economy and investment climates as well as encouraged IDI’s members to capture investment opportunities both domestic and overseas markets, particularly investment with relations to growing, processing, trading and exporting of Cambodian products to international markets.
Taking this opportunity, IDI also officially announced new advisors, new members, and a Brand Ambassador who are joining IDI followed by presentations from IDI/ IDC’s members including:
(1) Business plan 2024 presented by Mr. Sok Vatanak, Chief Investment and Business Officer.
(2) “ID Gro Fund” project presented by Mr. Chhoeung Kiriroth, IDI’s member.
(3) Resolving challenges/issues and recommendations made by members during this time.
The meeting also provided opportunities for all members to discuss strategic directions and activities to be implemented in 2024 and encourage all IDI members to participate actively in the new plan to develop IDI and IDC stronger. In response, all members expressed their commitment to supporting and participating in all activities to develop IDI and IDC for growing together and for the benefit of promoting and developing the investment, economy climate, and society in Cambodia.
The meeting was concluded with a solidarity dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.
